Project Overview
KKV Napredak is a long-standing summer language academy and cultural association based in Vienna, dedicated to promoting Croatian heritage, education, and arts. Their digital presence required modernization — both technically and visually — to better connect with their members and audience.
My first task involved migrating their website and email accounts to a new, more reliable hosting environment. This included ensuring DNS stability, minimizing downtime, and verifying that all email accounts transferred securely and functioned properly post-migration.
Alongside the technical work, I also produced several video materials for Napredak’s social media channels. These short-form videos highlighted their educational and cultural programs in Vienna, blending approachable messaging with clean visual presentation tailored for social platforms.
The result was a smoother online infrastructure and stronger engagement through consistent, media-driven communication.
Website & Email Migration
Handled full transfer of website data, domains, and email accounts to a new hosting provider. Ensured seamless continuity with minimal downtime.
Video Post Production
Edited short-form videos for event promotion and awareness campaigns. Focused on natural light and authentic delivery to capture the organization’s welcoming tone.
Technical Coordination
Provided testing, follow-up troubleshooting, and system optimization after migration to guarantee stable performance across platforms.
